As our Marketing Campaigns Senior Executive you will be responsible for managing the short and long-term campaign strategy, with the aim of increasing sales, profitability, and customer engagement.


You will manage, implement and improve the marketing activities of the company by delivering engaging campaigns across our various product categories and ranges across all of our advertising channels.


You will be a proven and experienced Campaigns Senior Executive or Executive looking for your next move up and someone who is insight and research led and able to demonstrate planning, testing, segmentation, defining, delivering and analysis of a strategic and customer led program of campaign activity across business channels.


Main Tasks:
  • Overseeing the end-to-end execution of all marketing campaign processes, following a comprehensive critical path to ensure key timelines are met and campaigns are delivered on time and error-free, and regularly reviewing processes to ensure efficiency is optimised. These marketing campaigns should be consistent with our brand identity, strategic goals and deliver on our team vision.
  • Build relationships and work closely with various channel-owning teams (internal and external) who will take these overarching campaign concepts and relate them into channel-specific communications plans.
  • Support in the planning and execution of all campaign activity liaising closely with all teams to ensure synergy across all channels, ensuring content and communications meet the brief and deliver the campaign message effectively. Managing the production of all marketing materials, including TV, radio, newspaper, leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, graphics, newsletters and social media related materials.

You Should:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role or marketing leadership position delivering similar campaigns.
  • Possess a Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or similar.
  • Must have an understanding of commercial awareness and how campaigns can affect the external environment and drive sales.
  • Be passionate about delivering effective marketing campaigns to build usage and sales of products and services and bring creative flair to developing our audience engagement.
  • Have excellent attention to detail with an interest in data analysis and data driven marketing.
  • Be able to create and deliver marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Have demonstrable agency management (especially media, and creative).
  • Be willing to lead a team of 5 creatives.

Main Tasks:

You will manage the planning, developing and growth of all imagery for our business.


You will be a proven and experienced CGI Artist capable of taking our imagery, animation and advertising to the next level


Main Tasks:
  • Assuming responsibility for creating visual content for Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms that can be used across all traditional, marketing and digital channels in accordance with company branding.
  • To create 3D models from technical drawings, specifications and interior plans, rough sketches or real-life objects using appropriate software.
  • To develop high quality 3D visuals of products and interior environments for promotional and sales purposes that are required to be photorealistic and visually stunning.
  • Create and gather necessary material specific to project requirements and scope.
  • Create accurate polygonal models from 2D images and dimensions or 3D scans.
  • Ensure proper source reference material (images, scans, dimensions) are provided for modelling.
  • Create both high-poly and optimised low-poly models.
  • Create proper UV unwraps of mesh models.
  • To create shades and textures based on physical samples, scans or photography.
  • Attend team meetings and assist the company to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and on brand.
  • Proactively develop your technical skills using relevant software and tools, contributing towards the overall efficiency of the Company.

You Should:
  • Have a Degree in 3D/CGI.
  • Possibly possess architectural or product visualisation ability as this is a bonus.
  • Have knowledge of Unreal Engine & Network Rendering would be advantageous.
  • Have experience of standard software. We currently use Lightwave, but are open to adding other software solutions to our tech i.e. 3DS Max.
  • Be at least Intermediate level at 3D modeming (polygonal mesh) and computer-generated image post-production, utilising render software for optimisation and increased speed of output.
  • Experience with texture & surface creation.
  • Have a good eye for natural lighting application to increase realism.
  • Be familiar with modelling processes and order of use in the design process, to maximise use of software and time.
