You have 14 days from the point of delivery or collection of goods to advise us of your intent to return, then a further 14 days to return the goods back to us.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on tiles, toilet seats that have been removed from their shrink-wrap packaging, Kartell radiators and whirlpool baths.

To confirm if your item is eligible to be returned, please contact our customer service team by sending a message on WhatsApp, emailing [email protected] or calling 0344 809 4249 before sending the goods back.

 

Goods can be returned in-person to our Trade & Customer Collection point at 50 Montrose Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4LA, alternatively you return your items by post to this address or return in-store at our Aberdeen or Edinburgh showrooms.

Please note that returns postage is not pre-paid and is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

 

Courier collections can also be arranged if necessary. If you are responsible for the costs of return and we are collecting the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.

how long will my refund take?

Refunds will be processed on the day on which we receive the goods or product back from you. Refunds are made to your original method of payment and can take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

 

This applies to products with proof of purchase in a new, unused, and resalable condition and in the original and undamaged packaging.

Damaged or faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of collection or delivery to inform us of your damaged or faulty item and to arrange your return.

 

If any items are missing from your delivery, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

 

Please note, if items are damaged, faulty or misdescribed, we will pay the cost of return.

Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving, providing they are in a resalable condition and are not one of our stated non-returnable items.

 

Items can be exchanged for any another item/s of the same value, or if you do not wish to exchange there and then, a credit memo can be issued for the value of the returned items which can be redeemed in-store or online at any time.
