Our Trade and Customer Collection Centre is conveniently located in Hillington, Glasgow, just minutes from our Glasgow Showroom. The facility opened on 26 December 2016, spans 133,000 sq ft, and holds over 19,000 bathroom products.
Our retail customers can enjoy speedy order collection here. You can also collect business orders, and our dedicated trade account management team are always on hand to help.

Our team is on hand seven days a week, offering flexible, free collection times that suit your busy schedule – perfect for picking up orders on your way to or from work, or even over the weekend.
Simply place your order online, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready for pick-up.
You can also browse and purchase products in any of our three showrooms and arrange for collection at our Trade & Customer Collection Centre.
How to use click-and-collect
1. Place your order and wait for a notification – Once you've placed your order online or at one of our showrooms, one of our team members will call you to go through your order and confirm everything is correct. You'll then need to wait for an email indicating that your items are ready for collection. This can be immediate depending on whether the product is readily in stock (this can be seen on each individual product page on our website).
2. Go to the collection centre – Once notified, head over to our collection point.
3. Collect your item – When you arrive, please bring your confirmation email and a form of photo ID to show one of our staff members, who will then retrieve your order for you.

How to get to our Trade & Customer Collection Point
By car:
To reach us by car, turn left onto Ainslie Road and then immediately left again onto A736/Hillington Road.
At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Queen Elizabeth Avenue, then bear left onto Montrose Avenue. Continue on Montrose Avenue, taking the second exit at the roundabout.
Turn left onto Arrol Street and then take an immediate right. This will take you into our car park, and the entrance to our Collection Centre will be directly in front of you.
By bus:
To get to the Wholesale Domestic Trade & Customer Collection Centre, you can use several bus lines depending on your starting location.
The main bus line is the 9A, which stops at Earl Haig Road, Hillington. This stop is a 10-minute walk from our collection point.
Additional bus options include:
• Line 22, which also stops at Earl Haig Road.
• Line X21, stopping at Cairn Avenue bus stop, approximately a 20-minute walk to the showroom.
By train:
You can use the ScotRail service to reach us by train, which stops at Hillington West Station. From there, it's less than a 10-minute walk to our collection point.

To get from our Glasgow Showroom to the Collection Centre by car, follow these directions: 1. Head north-east towards Ballantine Ave then turn right onto Ballantine Ave. 2. Turn right onto Carnegie Rd. 3. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Queen Elizabeth Ave. 4. Turn right onto Montrose Ave, and continue until you reach Arrol street on your left. 5. Turn left then take a sharp right. The Collection point will be in front of you. This short drive should take under five minutes, depending on traffic.
Can I purchase products directly from the Trade & Customer Collection Centre?
Yes, you can order products directly from our Trade & Customer Collection point. However, we recommend calling in advance to check that the product you're looking for is in stock and ready to collect the same day.

How do I place an order for collection at the Trade & Customer Collection Centre?
To place an order for collection at the Trade & Customer Collection Centre, simply select the 'collect' option at checkout when ordering online. You can also arrange for pick-up while making a purchase in any of our showrooms. If you're at the Glasgow Showroom and a product is marked 'in stock', you can usually drive to the Collection Centre, just a five-minute drive away, and collect it immediately.
What identification do I need to bring for collection?
When you come to collect your order, remember to bring photo ID, like your driver's licence or passport. You'll also need to show your order confirmation email to a member of staff.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Generally, no, as you need to provide proof of identity and your order confirmation email. However, if you are a tradesman, you can collect on someone else's behalf (for example, your employer) as long as you have the order confirmation email.
How quickly will my order be ready for collection?
We understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly and efficiently. That's why all Wholesale Domestic customers can benefit from our streamlined collection process. If the product is readily in stock, your order may be available for immediate collection.
What happens if I miss my collection date?
Thankfully, there is no end date for collections, so you can pick up your items whenever it suits you. However, we do ask that you let us know if you won’t be collecting your order so we can cancel it accordingly.
Can I modify or add to my order at the Collection Centre?
Yes, you can modify or add to your order at the Collection Centre. Just speak to one of our staff members, and they will assist you with any changes you need.

If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so at our Trade and Customer Collection point in Hillington or at any of our showrooms. We aim to process all returns on the same day they are received. Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to process and will be credited back to your original payment method.
