1. Offer Details

10% off tiles and wall panels when you spend £500.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The £500 spend requirement applies only to bathroom or heating products and excludes tiles, wall panels, delivery charges, and any purchases made using other promo codes or discounts.

2.2 The 10% discount applies only to tiles and wall panels and excludes grout, silicone, adhesive, trims, and other accessories.

2.3 Offer applies to retail customers only and is not valid for trade accounts.

3. How to apply

3.1 In basket application: If the customer adds £500 worth of bathroom or heating products (excluding coverings), plus tiles or wall panels to their basket, the 10% discount is automatically applied to the coverings portion of the order.

3.2 Discount code option: If the customer spends £500 on bathroom products (excluding tiles and wall panels) in one transaction, but does not purchase any coverings at that time, they will receive a unique discount code for 10% off tiles and wall panels to use on a future purchase.

3.3 In-store: Promotion will automatically be applied in-store by your sales advisor if it meets the correct criteria.

4. Offer duration

4.1 The discount code will be valid for two weeks from the date of issue.

5. Returns and exchanges

5.1 Standard return policies apply to all purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on tiles, toilet seats that have been removed from their shrink-wrap packaging, customised furniture, painted radiators, or whirlpool baths.

5.2 If any item from the qualifying £500 spend is returned, bringing the total below £500, the 10% discount will no longer apply, and the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

6. General conditions

6.1 This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or price match.

6.2 The discount code can only be used once per customer.

6.3 Offer available is subject to availability.

6.4 Offer is valid for in-store and online purchases.

6.5 The company reserves the right to cancel any orders where the promotion was applied incorrectly or used fraudulently.
