Trade Loyalty Promotion: Taps

1. Eligibility

• Offer is valid for all customers registered and approved as Trade Loyalty customers.
• Customers must have an active trade account at the time of purchase.
  Pre-Approval Trade Accounts
• Customers who apply for a Trade Loyalty account may receive the promotional discount on their first order only before their account has been fully verified. Access to ongoing trade pricing, including any future promotional discounts, will only be granted once the customer’s trade application has been fully reviewed and approved. The company reserves the right to withhold or reverse the discount if the application is not completed or if the customer does not meet the required trade criteria.

2. Promotional Discount

• An additional 10% discount will be applied on top of the customer’s existing trade tier discount.
• Discount applies only to Own Brand taps.
• Exclusions: RAK, Bristan, Hudson Reed and Nuie.

3. Promotion Period

• Valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 (inclusive).

4. Where the Promotion Applies

The offer is valid across all our sales channels:

• Online via our website
• By phone or email
• In person at any of our locations:
• Glasgow Showroom
• Edinburgh Showroom
• Aberdeen Showroom
• Montrose Avenue, Glasgow

5. Exclusions

• Not available on:
• Sale items
• Clearance items
• Already discounted or price-matched taps
• Branded taps

6. Order Conditions

• Discount will be applied automatically at the time of purchase.
• Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, vouchers, or special pricing agreements unless explicitly stated.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns will follow our standard returns policy.
• Where a refund is due, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid, not the full retail price.

8. Misuse & Fair Use

• We reserve the right to withdraw the discount if we suspect misuse or activity outside normal trade purchasing behaviour.

9. Changes to the Promotion

• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, although all valid orders already placed will be honoured.
