Refunds & Returns

Most of our products are eligible for a full refund providing they are in a resalable condition. You have 14 days from the point of delivery or collection of goods to advise us of your intent to return, then a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on tiles, toilet seats that have been removed from their shrink-wrap packaging, Kartell radiators and whirlpool baths.

If an item cannot be returned this will be stated on the Returns tab on their product specific page.
