12. Price and payment

12.1
The price of the goods or product (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated to you when you placed your order.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the goods or product advised to you is correct.

However please see clause 12.2 for what happens if we discover an error in the price.

12.2
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the goods or products we sell may be incorrectly priced.

We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount.

If the correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.

12.3
We accept payment by:

1. In-Store and Online: Debit and credit card.
2. In-Store and Online: Finance.
3. In-Store and Online: Klarna.
4. In-Store and Online: Clearpay.
5. In-Store: Cash and cheques.
6. Online: Paypal.

You must pay for the goods or products at the time of placing the order or before we despatch the goods or products.

You will be advised as to the date of payment in the Confirmation Email or Order Acknowledgement.

12.4
If you do not make any payment to us by the due date we may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% a year above the base lending rate of The Royal Bank of Scotland from time to time.

This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment.

You must pay us interest together with any overdue amount.

12.5
If you think an invoice is wrong please contact us promptly to let us know. You will not have to pay any interest until the dispute is resolved.

Once the dispute is resolved we will charge you interest on correctly invoiced sums from the original due date.

12.6
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.

Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

12.7
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

1. Pay Later 30.
2. Pay in 3 installments.
3. Pay Now
