18.1
This User Content Agreement, any documents referred to in it, and any disputes arising from or in relation to it, whether contractual or not, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law.
18.2
The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising from or in relation to these Terms and Conditions or any documents referred to in it.
