As a valued Trade Loyalty customer, you could be upgraded to a Trade Plus or Trade Platinum Account at any time—no prior notice needed! These upgrades come with even more fantastic benefits.

How To Apply

Getting started is easy! Simply request a trade application form by phone, online, via email, or by visiting any of our showrooms. Once you've filled it out, please return it along with some proof of trade documents.

We accept a valid company registration number, the top of a bank statement, or a utility bill with visible business details, or even a business card.

After we’ve reviewed and verified your application, you’ll receive an email notification with your trade account number. We can’t wait to welcome you to the program!

Credit Account

We're here to help you with your credit account application! Simply request a credit application form by phone, online, or via email, and we’ll guide you through the process. Just make sure you’re already a verified Trade account holder before applying for credit.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please provide complete and accurate information, including the following supporting documents:

  • A business card
  • Proof of your head office address (such as a utility bill or the top of a bank statement)
  • An authorisation letter from the CEO/Owner on letterhead paper
  • Any additional documents that might help support your application

Once we receive your application, we'll review it as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take at least 2 working days for the checks to be completed.

Tier Breakdown

We’re delighted to offer you a 10% discount on your very first order once you join as a trade loyalty customer. And it only gets better from there:

  • If your spending over a 12-month period reaches £7,500 or more, we’ll automatically upgrade you to a Trade Plus Account, giving you a 12.5% discount on your next order.
  • Spending £15,000 or more? You’ll be upgraded to a Trade Extra Account with a 15% discount on your next order.
  • And if you reach £25,000 or more, you’ll be bumped up to a Trade Platinum Account, unlocking a fantastic 20% discount, again applicable on your next order.

If your spending over a 12 month rolling period drops below these thresholds, your account may be downgraded. But don’t worry—we’ll do our best to reach out before that happens. However, please note that adjustments can be made at any time without prior notice.

We’ll keep your tier level for 30 days, adjusting upwards if your spending qualifies for a higher tier. Any downgrades will happen at the start of the following month.

All tier upgrades or downgrades are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to withhold any changes for reasons we deem appropriate.

Guaranteed Discount

As a Trade Loyalty customer, the more you spend the more you save. Here’s how it works as you move up the tiers:

  • Trade Account: You're guaranteed a 10% discount on all our own brand products.
  • Trade Plus Account: 12.5% off all own brand products.
  • Trade Extra Account: 15% off all own brand products, PLUS 5% off other brands.
  • Trade Platinum Account: 20% off all own brand products, PLUS 10% off other brands.

Please note, we reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. These discounts are available for online, phone, and in-store orders, but only for our Trade Loyalty customers.

Selected Lines Promotions

For promotions on selected lines, here’s what you need to know:

  • The promotion applies only to trade loyalty customers who meet the eligibility criteria specified.
  • It’s valid only during the promotional period.
  • Discounts are non-transferable and can’t be combined with other promotions unless stated.
  • Orders must be placed within the promotional period to qualify.
  • We may limit the quantity of promotional items per customer.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be based on the discounted price paid.
  • Promotions are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to end them early if stock runs out. If that happens, we might offer alternative products at our discretion.
  • We can amend, extend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice, but we’ll let you know via email if that happens.

Referral Program

We’d love for you to share the benefits of being a Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms customer! Here’s how our referral program works:

  • It’s open to all existing trade customers with a valid trade account.
  • Your referred customer just needs to quote your account number to receive a discount—up to 10%, no matter which tier you’re in.
  • If you don’t want your referred customer to receive a discount, just let our team know.
  • The total spend from your referred customers will be added to your own total spend, helping you reach the next tier faster!

Got A Quote? We Will Beat It!

As a Trade Loyalty Account Holder, we’re committed to offering you the best prices. If you find a like-for-like quote that’s lower, just give us a call at 0141 465 7610 with the details, and we’ll beat it!

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Provide us with proof of the competitor’s quote by email.
  • The quote must be from a recognized trade supplier, not from marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or other comparison sites.
  • The competitor’s product must be the same specification (or very similar), in stock, and available for delivery.
  • Please note, additional costs like delivery won’t be included in the quote guarantee.

Social Media

We're excited to showcase your work! Simply tag us on any of your posts that feature our products. When we share it on our social media channels, we'll make sure to give you full credit by including your business name or social media tag. You'll see your work featured on our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages.

Modification and Editing

To ensure your work looks its best on our platforms, we might need to make a few adjustments, like resizing images, cropping, or adding filters. We'll always do this with care, keeping the original essence of your work intact.

Please note that we may update these terms and conditions from time to time.

Business Card Display T&Cs

Eligibility

  • To display your business card, you’ll need to be a Trade Plus or Platinum account holder.
  • We can only accept business cards from registered businesses or professionals.

Submission Process

  • Simply submit your business card to your local store using our application form.
  • Please note that each store can display up to 12 business cards at a time.

Content Guidelines

  • Your business card should be professional — no offensive, defamatory, or misleading information, please.
  • Make sure your card accurately represents your business and the services you offer.

Display Duration

  • We’ll proudly display your business card for a full calendar month. After that, we may remove it to make room for new submissions.

Placement and Display

  • The placement of business cards is up to our showroom team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove any business card without prior notice.

Maintenance and Replacement

  • Please ensure your business cards are current and that you replenish them as needed.
  • We’ll remove any damaged or worn cards to keep things looking fresh.

Liability

  • While we’ll take care with your business cards, Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms isn’t responsible for any loss or damage.
  • We don’t endorse or guarantee the services of the businesses displayed.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, but we’ll keep you in the loop through appropriate channels.

Acknowledgment

  • Please ensure your paid order is in our system.
  • You can collect full or part orders—whatever suits you best.

Timeslots

  • Timeslots are available every 30 minutes. Just give us a call at least 3 hours in advance to book your spot.
  • If you arrive without booking, your wait time may vary.

Collection Times

  • Mon-Fri: First slot at 07:00, last slot at 18:30
  • Sat: First slot at 09:00, last slot at 16:30
  • Sun: First slot at 10:00, last slot at 16:30

Book Your Slot via

If you need the first timeslot of the day, please book the day before. To secure your preferred slot, be sure to give us at least 3 hours notice.

Confirmation of Timeslot

Once your timeslot is confirmed, we’ll send you an SMS. Please make sure your time is confirmed by our trade team.

Collection:

Please collect your order within your allocated timeslot. If not, your order will be returned to stock to make space for other collections. Customers who repeatedly miss their collections may lose this benefit.

Delivery Information and Priority Dispatch

For orders over £500, we’re happy to offer free standard kerbside delivery to any mainland UK address.

Delivery to Site

To make things easier for you, we can deliver direct to site. Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice for us to confirm that we can meet the requirements of your delivery request. We fully understand the importance of being on time and will only commit to the order once confirmed with our transport department.

As a trade customer, you can request our Priority Dispatch service. This ensures your orders are processed and shipped ahead of standard orders, so you get your items even faster!

  • Same-day Priority Dispatch cut-off time is 14:00 hrs.
