- We take great care to ensure your panels arrive in perfect condition, working with trusted delivery partners. However, on rare occasions, damage can occur during transit.
- For this reason, we cannot accept liability for any fitting or installation costs if the panels have not been inspected prior to installation. Please ensure the goods are checked before arranging an installer.

FREE delivery within Zone A on orders over £500* - delivery charges are calculated at checkout depending on the size of your order and your location. You will only be charged one single delivery charge for your complete order, this amount will be clearly shown in the checkout.
Please note, for large deliveries our standard delivery service is to the kerb side nearest your property. Upgrade to our 2 man deluxe delivery at checkout for items to be delivered to the room of your choice within your property.
Mega-Slab Tile orders incur a £195 delivery charge due to their specialist handling requirements. Regrettably, we are unable to offer delivery of Mega-Slab Tiles to Scottish addresses at this time.
