Manufactured from moisture-resistant MDF, the seat holds its shape and finish through years of daily use in a humid bathroom environment. Its soft close hinge brings the lid down slowly and silently, eliminating slamming, while a quick-release mechanism lets the seat detach from the hinges without tools for fast, thorough cleaning.
