The McAlpine 90mm Chrome Shallow Shower Trap - 70mm High is a low-profile trap built for shower trays with limited depth beneath them, finished with a chrome plated plastic top access flange for a neat, bright finish.

Constructed from polypropylene with a chrome plated plastic flange, and tested to BS EN 274-1:2002, it stands just 70mm high with a 50mm water seal, a 90mm waste hole fitting and a removable 110mm flange for easy top-access cleaning. It's supplied with a 135° bend (BSP coupling nut x 1½" universal) and is rated to a flow rate of 34 l/min when tested under a constant 15mm head of water per BS EN 274-2:2002. It suits shower trays with an under-tray dimension of 0-23mm.

It's designed for shallow shower tray installations where standard-depth traps won't fit under the tray, and the removable top access flange makes ongoing maintenance straightforward without lifting the tray.
