Small room, big comfort: the Modena Gloss White 450mm Single Door Vanity Unit and Newbury Comfort Back Toilet Suite pairs a compact basin unit with a comfort height toilet, making it a smart choice for cloakrooms and en-suites. The gloss white finish helps a tight space feel brighter.

The floor standing vanity unit is just 415mm wide, 781mm high and 298mm deep. It's made from FSC certified 16mm MFC, and a single soft-close door opens to a shelf for toilet rolls and toiletries.

The vitreous china basin has a central tap hole that suits a mono mixer, a built-in overflow and room for a slotted waste, and you choose your own tap and waste. There are eight handles to pick from: Colore bars in polished chrome, matt black, brushed brass or gunmetal grey, Cedar knurled bars in chrome, matt black or brushed brass, or the chrome James handle. The matt black, brushed brass and gunmetal grey handles come with a matching flush button.

At 465mm high, the Newbury comfort height pan is easier to use every day, and its rimless bowl is quick to clean. The 6 litre cistern has a 3/6 litre push button dual flush and can be fed from either side, while the pan suits P and S trap connections. A D-shaped seat with soft-close, quick-release hinges is included. Your guarantee covers the vanity unit and basin for 5 years, the toilet seat for 2 years, and the Newbury pan and cistern for 1 year.
