Compact but complete, the Modena Gloss White 450mm Single Door Vanity Unit and Newbury Open Back Toilet Suite gives a cloakroom or en-suite everything it needs: a basin with storage underneath and a modern close coupled toilet, all in crisp gloss white. The floor standing vanity unit is 415mm wide, 781mm high and 298mm deep. Its 16mm MFC carcass is FSC certified, and its one soft-close door hides a shelf where you can keep spare toilet rolls and cleaning products.

The vitreous china basin has a built-in overflow and a central tap hole that suits a mono mixer, and it takes a slotted waste. Pick a tap and waste you love, as they aren't included. The door can be finished with Colore bar handles in polished chrome, matt black, brushed brass or gunmetal grey, Cedar knurled bars in chrome, matt black or brushed brass, or the chrome James handle, and the matt black, brushed brass and gunmetal grey choices include a matching flush button.

The Newbury open back toilet is 417mm high with a rimless bowl that's quick to clean. Its 6 litre cistern has a 3/6 litre push button dual flush and can be fed from the left or right, and the pan works with P and S trap connections.

A D-shaped seat with soft-close hinges that lift off for cleaning is included. You're covered for 5 years on the vanity unit and basin, 2 years on the toilet seat, and 1 year on the Newbury pan and cistern.
