The Modena Gloss White 950mm Single Door Vanity Unit Toilet Suite is a compact way to get a fitted bathroom look. A single door basin unit and a toilet unit with a hidden cistern sit together in gloss white, keeping a smaller room feeling neat and open.

At 915mm wide, 781mm high and 300mm deep, the furniture fits comfortably along a shorter wall. It's made from FSC certified 16mm MFC, and the soft-close door on the vanity side opens to a shelf for toilet rolls and toiletries.

The vitreous china basin has a built-in overflow and a central tap hole for a single mono mixer, and it takes a slotted waste. The tap and waste are sold separately, so you can choose a finish to match your handles. Pick from Colore bars in polished chrome, matt black, brushed brass or gunmetal grey, Cedar knurled bars in chrome, matt black or brushed brass, or the chrome James handle.

Inside the WC unit sits a concealed cistern, with front and top water entry and a 3/6 litre push button dual flush. You can add the James back to wall pan, which stands 410mm high and comes with a round soft-close seat that lifts off for cleaning, or choose the version supplied without a pan. Once fitted, the pan sits forward of the 300mm deep furniture.

Your guarantee covers 5 years on the vanity unit, basin and WC unit, and 1 year on the concealed cistern. When you choose the James pan, it's covered for 5 years and its seat for 2 years.
